1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

2.2 License to Use. SOSC grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to access and use the Site strictly in accordance with these Terms.
3. USER REGISTRATION
3.1 Account Creation. To use certain features of the Site, users must register by providing their name, surname, contact number, email address, and physical address.
3.2 Account Responsibilities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. PRODUCTS
4.1 Product Descriptions. All products, with the exception of SOSC Home branded items, are second-hand and may exhibit signs of age, wear, color loss, or blemishes. We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions.
4.2 Pricing. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
5. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
5.1 Payment Methods. We accept payment methods as supported by Payfast. Ensure that your account and payment information is current and accurate.
5.2 Transaction Confirmation. Upon successfully completing a purchase, you will receive a confirmation email.
6. RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICY
6.1 Returns. Due to the nature of our products and their shipping requirements, we maintain a strict no-return policy. Please carefully review product descriptions before making a purchase.
6.2 Shipping and Handling. We endeavor to package items diligently, especially fragile goods. However, potential damage during shipping is at the buyer's risk. 7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
7.1 Misuse of Site. Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SOSC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; or (c) any other matter relating to the Site or products sold.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
11.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any related action will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
11.2 Agreement to Arbitrate. In the event of any dispute arising out of or related to the Site, products, or these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute personally and in good faith. If these personal resolution attempts fail, the parties agree to arbitrate such disputes.
12. TERMINATION
12.1 Termination Rights. SOSC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site, without any advance notice.
13. CHANGES TO TERMS
13.1 Modification Rights. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
