This hand-painted Delftsblauw wall plaque features a serene Dutch windmill scene framed within the classic scalloped A23 wall-plate mould. Produced by Westraven, Holland, this plaque forms part of the Delftware line created during the period when Westraven operated under the ownership of Royal Delft.

The A23 mould is one of the traditional Delft shapes that remains in production today, reflecting the continuity of this long ceramic tradition.
