As usual, Odette has found something that turns out to be even better than I expected it to be in real life! If you have the chance to get this particular shaped dish, then I would recommend it. The depth is such that it's suitable for serving a selection of assorted smaller tea treats. A cake could work, but I'd go for something with a flatter edge in the range.
